 7.05. Give a fair hearing to the opinions, concerns, or complaints of a colleague.

As this was a group project the concept of equality was much appreciated, because each and every person may have different suggestions regarding different topics.In our group, each and every single idea had the same value. We listen to everyone ideas and selected the best one for our project. It was the same procedure in every step we took.

Some ideas were selected while some ideas rejected. But the whole concentration was to build the best system as possible. So listening to every college was a huge help to make our project more creative and successful.
