prevent someone from taking a position for which that person is suitably
qualified.
Our team consists with 3 members. All of them have theoretical knowledge so as the practical knowledge. But each of them have their own skills.
For an example one has the coding skill than others. One member has the analyzing skill when the other has the communication skill. So we have discussed and identified them as a team. After that only we divided the duties.
Each and every member got a duty which matching for his/her skill set. And also here we considered about him/her desired path. Passion is the most important thing to finish a work successfully. So we took it as a main point.
As each and every member agreed with their duties there were no conflicts among them for the positions. So no one prevented someone from taking a position for which that person is suitably qualified.
So I think we followed this code of ethics.
