3.01. Strive for high quality, acceptable cost and a reasonable schedule, ensuring significant tradeoffs are clear to and accepted by the employer and the client, and are available for consideration by the user and the public.

 The main target of our project was the efficiency(system should indicate the blood requirement to the donors fastly ). Because this has a donation function we had to make sure that this is completely bug free. We designed and implemented the website considering the functional and non functional requirements. Mainly we consider the efficiency and the accuracy of our system. After developing we conducted many tests on the end product to make sure that we have passed the minimum     efficiency  level that we established at the start.
Talking about the accepted cost we didn’t have a big budget because this is a social work website. We did a cost estimation and cut all the unnecessary costs such as buying a template. We made sure that all the costs are necessary costs.
We didn’t have much time to finish the website so we had a tight time schedule. So we divided the works among the group members and tried our best to finish the project as soon as possible. The schedule did change at various times but we made sure that the total schedule structure will be not changed.
