According to the requirements and functions of our project, website for online boold donation, we had to use several tool to implement it. As we had limited time period, we decided to use joomla cms to implement our website. Those are free and open source tools.
Think about the functionality of open source tools, but not as good as others. However, we must consider about your budget and you have to avoid getting device illegal and immoral. They are very expensive and easily manage thousands of other commercial tools. We have considered the least by the budget, we can not afford them. We adhere to the code of ethics of software engineering, we have gained or held illegal or immoral software.engineering can not use the code of ethics, we can not use software that is obtained or retained either illegally or unethically. So we decided to use open source tools and spend time to change to meet our needs to some extent
