3.02. Ensure proper and achievable goals and objectives for any project on which they work or propose.

Before implement the project we gathered the requirements. After that we went for a project plan. Considering gathered requirements we made goals and objectives.
After deciding goals and objectives we did feasibility test for each of them. If a goal failed the feasibility test we changed the goal bit and do the tests again. If it failed again we dropped that goal and went for a better one.
After deciding suitable goals we prepared our project plan. But we make sure that each of them are achievable.
Although we did the feasibility tests, we had to change some goals at the middle of the project. When defining the project scope we only defined achievable goals, so we were able to achieve them
